Job summary

Revolution Mortgage is seeking a DSCR Production Specialist to originate and close DSCR loans, providing a collaborative lending experience for our real estate investor clients.

You will serve as the initial contact for DSCR financing, conduct detailed consultations, and explain program requirements, prepayment structures, and business‑purpose lending rules to borrowers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years mortgage experience required.
• Ability to meet and pass state certifications and tests.
• Knowledge of DSCR, FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA guidelines and mortgage systems.
• Self-motivation and enthusiasm to lead a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Originate and close DSCR loans.

What you’ll be doing.

• Serve as the initial point of contact for real estate investors seeking DSCR financing
• Conduct detailed consultations to understand borrower goals, property performance, and investment strategy
• Explain DSCR loan programs, qualification criteria, prepayment structures, and business‑purpose lending rules
• Collect and review loan applications, entity documentation, credit reports, and property‑related income data

What we are looking for

• 2+ years mortgage experience
• Ability to meet and pass all state certifications, requirements, and tests
• Knowledge of mortgage industry, DSCR, FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines, and related mortgage systems such as loan origination software
• Self‑motivation, entrepreneurship, and enthusiasm to lead a sales team
