Qualifications

- Experience in land development design and land development review.
- Experience in land development project management.
- Government/municipal land development experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage City's review of private land development projects and issue approvals.
- Facilitate project meetings with developers, consultants, and city staff.
- Provide leadership and training to review teams and customers.
- Communicate development requirements and review comments clearly in writing and verbally.
- Oversee development processes from pre-submittal to permitting and inspection.
