Job summary

Qualifications

• Resume and two professional references required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of related manufacturing experience or training.
• Strong problem solving and mechanical aptitude.
• All shifts availability; overtime may be required.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship available; export-controlled access.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain casting furnaces.
• Coordinate job numbers with alloy, weight and temperature per PMS.
• Ensure charges are identified and matched to numbers.
• Transport ingots using a hoist to load into chambers.
• Handle molds from pre-heat to casting furnaces.
• Monitor gauges for correct settings and pour speed.
• Determine pump down time to target vacuum levels.
• Replace crucibles and pack using grog per best practices.
• Record unit temperatures and inform team of mold removal.
• Clean splash guards, crucible blocks and furnace; adhere to attendance.
