Qualifications

Responsibilities
Operate casting furnaces and monitor performance.
Coordinate job numbers with correct alloy, weight, and temperature per PMS.
Ensure proper identification of charges and proper routing.
Transport alloy ingots to work area using hoists and load into chambers.
Handle molds from pre-heat to casting furnaces and monitor pour parameters.
Record process data and communicate adjustments to team.
