Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate casting furnaces and monitor performance.
• Coordinate job numbers with correct alloy, weight, and temperature per PMS.
• Ensure proper identification of charges and proper routing.
• Transport alloy ingots to work area using hoists and load into chambers.
• Handle molds from pre-heat to casting furnaces and monitor pour parameters.
• Record process data and communicate adjustments to team.
