Job summary

RAND THRU CLEANING ESTATE is seeking a drywall finisher for commercial construction projects. You will perform all phases of drywall finishing from taping to texturing according to blueprints and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, ability to lift heavy objects, and teamwork to ensure safe and efficient site operations.

Work from scaffolds and lifts, follow safety protocols, and communicate needs to the foreman. Prior construction experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply joint compound and tape to seams, corners, and fasteners using hand tools and automatic taping tools
• Install corner bead, control joints, and trim accessories
• Build out coats - tape, fill, and finish with proper dry time
• Sand and match textures to achieve required finish levels
• Identify and correct framing or hanging defects affecting finish quality
• Set up and work safely from stilts, scaffold, and lifts
• Protect adjacent surfaces and maintain a clean work area daily
• Estimate and track material usage and communicate needs to foreman
• Follow OSHA and site safety requirements and PPE protocols
