Job summary

Trinity Search Group is seeking an experienced Drywall Project Manager in Dallas, TX to lead projects for a Best In Class commercial general contractor's Self-Perform Drywall Division. You will manage complex drywall projects from preconstruction through closeout and coordinate with owners, architects, and trade partners.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of PM experience with a drywall subcontractor, strong knowledge of drywall assemblies, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, OST, and other

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of Project Management experience with a commercial drywall subcontractor.
• Strong knowledge of drywall assemblies, metal stud framing, acoustical ceilings, and interior systems.
• Experience managing multiple commercial projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial drywall projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, forecasting, procurement, and cost control.
• Coordinate with field teams, owners, architects, consultants, and trade partners for successful execution.
• Review drawings, drywall assemblies, RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders.
• Lead multiple projects while maintaining quality, safety, client satisfaction, and profitability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
