Job summary

BuilderFirst in the Dallas–Fort Worth area seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead drywall construction projects from inception to completion, coordinating with internal teams to monitor costs and ensure on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in PM on large-scale drywall projects and are proficient with Procore and Bluebeam, with OST/QuickBid familiarity. A Construction Management degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience on large drywall projects.
• Experience tracking costs and maintaining budget & schedule.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, OST/QuickBid or similar tools.
• Bachelor Degree in Construction Management preferred.

Opportunity for a Senior Project Manager in the DFW area! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading projects from start to finish. They should be able to interact with other internal teams to track costs and stay in budget and on schedule.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of project management experience on large-scale drywall projects (1m+).
• Knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, or similar project-management software.
• Knowledge of OST / QuickBid or similar take-off/pricing software.
• Experience in managing projects entailing drywall, metal framing, ceilings, and related scopes of work.
• Bachelor Degree in Construction Management or similar field (preferred but not required).
