RealREPP is seeking an experienced Drywall Project Manager to oversee projects in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This full-time, onsite position requires managing project execution, coordinating with teams, and ensuring budget accuracy. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering, alongside 2+ years of relevant project management experience, particularly with drywall. The compensation package includes a competitive salary ranging from $70k to $130k depending on experience, as well as medical benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience with a drywall subcontractor or self-perform drywall division.
• Ability to run multiple projects at one time.
• Experience with large-scale and hospital projects preferred.

Overview

RealREPP, a national full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a well-established drywall subcontractor with a nationwide presence to assist in hiring an experienced Drywall Project Manager in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution from planning to closeout
• Manage construction projects
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project execution
• Oversee procurement activities
• Support/lead technical coordination with engineers & clients
• Prepare/track change orders, ensuring proper documentation and communication
• Track project budgets, billable hours, labor, and billing
• Support field teams as necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred)
• 2+ years of project management experience with a drywall subcontractor or self-perform drywall division
• Experience with drywall, metal stud framing, IMP, exteriors, etc.
• Ability to run multiple projects at one time
• Large-scale project experience (preferred)
• Hospital project experience (preferred)
