Drywall Project Manager

Our client is looking for a Drywall Project Manager to oversee and manage drywall installation projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drywall construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee drywall projects from start to finish.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Develop project schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Manage budgets, track costs, and control expenses to maximize profitability.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure all safety regulations and company policies are followed on-site.
• Resolve project challenges and provide proactive solutions.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in drywall project management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of drywall materials, techniques, and installation processes.
• Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• OSHA certification and other relevant safety training are a plus.
