Experience Required: 8+ years

Description:The Project Manager leads all phases of project execution, from initiation through closure, and ensures alignment with FDACS's objectives, timelines, and governance protocols. This role coordinates all onboarding tasks, holds the kickoff meeting, manages stakeholder communications, oversees risk tracking, and ensures timely delivery of the implementation plan. Supports the development of health reports, project implementation plans, patch matrices, and OCI readiness documentation. Works with stakeholders to ensure accurate and auditable records.

Requirements

• PMP certification preferred
• Experience with Oracle and Solaris-based IT environments
• Knowledge of CMMI and Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with State of Florida IT compliance policies and CJIS standards
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams
• Experience writing technical documentation in regulated environments
• Familiarity with Oracle infrastructure and compliance reports
• Proficiency in Smartsheet, Confluence, or similar tools
• Ability to synthesize findings into stakeholder-ready formats
