Remote Drywall Project Manager/Estimator

Are you a skilled Drywall Project Manager/Estimator looking for a flexible, remote opportunity? Join a reputable and well-established company in the drywall industry that values quality, teamwork, and client satisfaction. We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional with the expertise to manage drywall projects from estimation through completion—all while working remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed estimates using software (On Center preferred).

• Review blueprints and specifications to develop competitive bids and proposals.

• Account for material, labor, and overhead costs while aligning with client goals.

• Oversee multiple drywall projects remotely, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.

• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects on track.

• Utilize virtual tools and software to conduct progress checks and resolve issues.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

• Lead virtual project meetings and provide regular updates to ensure client satisfaction.

• Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and achieve company objectives.

• Maintain detailed records of contracts, change orders, schedules, and budgets.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

• Prepare progress reports and keep stakeholders informed of project status.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in drywall project management or estimating.

• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and safety standards.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects remotely.

• Bonus points for OSHA 30 certification and experience working with GCs.
