B.l.-Harbert-International,-LLC- is seeking a Drywall/Framing Assistant Project Manager in Huntsville, AL. The role supports the Project Manager and Site Superintendent to plan, manage, and successfully complete drywall and framing projects, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

The candidate will assist with administration, procurement, labor coordination, production tracking, and documentation, coordinating with field and office teams for accurate information flow.

Qualifications

• Requires 2–3 years in construction management, preferably commercial/industrial/federal.
• Candidate should read/interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Experience with self-perform drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and project management tools; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Distribute, track, and maintain plans, specs, and drawings.
• Maintain submittal registers for self-perform materials and requirements.
• Assist with tracking budgets, costs, labor, materials, and production.
• Help develop and maintain project schedules with the Project Manager.
• Coordinate labor, material, equipment, and other resources to meet production goals.
• Review invoices and assist with change orders and cost tracking.
