We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Drywall Painter to join our team and help us restore and improve residential and commercial properties.

Job Overview:

As a Drywall Painter, you will be responsible for prepping, finishing, and painting drywall surfaces to ensure high-quality workmanship. You will work closely with our restoration and reconstruction teams to complete projects efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, patching, priming, and applying texture if needed.
2. Apply paint, stains, and coatings to drywall and other surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
3. Repair drywall imperfections, including cracks, dents, and holes, to achieve a smooth finish.
4. Match and blend paint colors to existing surfaces when necessary.
5. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.
6. Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
7. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
8. Communicate effectively with clients and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in drywall finishing and painting.
2. Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools.
3. Ability to perform drywall repairs and finishing work, including taping and mudding.
4. Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality results.
5. Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
6. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
7. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or scaffolding when required.
