TreeHouse Foods is hiring a Dryer Operator at the Wayland facility. This full-time role on 1st shift (Thu–Mon, 8am–4pm) involves operating a dryer, following SOPs, and ensuring food safety and quality in production.

You will support line activities, coordinate with the Production team, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. The position offers a starting hourly wage of $25.70, with benefits typical of a large food manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Experience following instructions and processing documents; maintain effective verbal and written communication.
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends.
• Commitment to food safety and quality in manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Operate and support dryer equipment to ensure safe, efficient production.
• Follow SOPs and SOP change updates with team and supervisors.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and ensure materials are stocked for line operations.
• Direct peers for CIP, plug clearing, and related maintenance activities.
• Complete required documentation legibly and accurately.
• Identify safety and food safety issues and escalate as needed.
