TreeHouse Foods in Wayland, MI is hiring a Dryer Operator on 3rd shift to support the production team. You will start up, operate, and monitor the dryer to keep products flowing on schedule while prioritizing food safety and quality.

You will also perform minor adjustments, clean as you go, stock materials, and participate in CIP and line improvements. The role requires teamwork, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience following instructions and documenting processes.
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift and staying safety compliant.
• Willingness to work 3rd shift and overtime/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot dryer equipment to meet production schedules.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and follow GMPs.
• Assist with line changes, CIP, and material handling.
• Complete required documentation accurately.
