Job summary

TreeHouse Foods, Inc. in Wayland, MI is seeking a Dryer Operator for the second shift. You will support the production team by operating and maintaining the dryer, performing start‑up and shut‑down, and ensuring safety and quality in line with SOPs.

You will manage materials, assist with CIP and cleanings, document activities, and help train teammates while upholding GMPs, HACCP, LOTO and other safety programs.

Qualifications

• Experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.
• Experience with operating a sit-down forklift.
• The ability to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize employee/food safety always, ensuring the quality of our products.
• Prioritize production at scheduled rate, while consistently demonstrating our Treehouse Values.
• Inspect, clean, operate, start-up/shut down, and troubleshoot assigned equipment to ensure efficient production.
