TreeHouse Foods is hiring a Dryer 1 Operator for the Wayland, MI facility. This full-time role on 1st shift (Thursday through Monday; Tue/Wed off) involves operating the dryer line, ensuring food safety, and maintaining line efficiency.

The position requires forklift experience and adherence to SOPs, GMPs, and safety procedures. You will support line start-ups, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting while documenting materials and production data.

Qualificações

• Experience following SOPs and documenting results.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Operate the Dryer 1 and related equipment per SOPs to ensure safe, efficient production.
• Maintain materials and inventory on the line, use forklift as needed.
• Lead and mentor teammates on CIP, line changeovers, and safety practices.
• Complete required GMP/HACCP documentation and safety training.
• Support continuous improvement activities like line tracking and CILs.
