Drybar Sarasota is seeking an experienced Front Desk Sales & Guest Experience Specialist to join our team. You’ll manage the front desk, greet clients with warmth, and drive revenue through memberships and product sales in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years in a salon/spa or high-end retail front desk, are tech-savvy with POS systems, and thrive on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Experience with membership programs and retail add-ons.
• Able to stand 6–8 hours and work weekends.

Drybar Sarasota is on the hunt for an experienced, outgoing, and customer-obsessed Front Desk Coordinator to join our team as a Bartender (our signature Drybar term for our front desk and sales team).

What You'll Be Doing

• Master \"the book\" Efficiently manage appointment schedules, maximize stylist booking capacity, and handle walk-ins or cancellations smoothly to maintain shop flow.
• Set the Tone Act as the first and last impression - greeting every client with genuine warmth and high-touch hospitality.
• Drive Revenue Educate clients on membership benefits, service add-ons, and styling products by matching them with each guest’s unique needs.
• Flawless Execution Handle smooth check-in/check-out processes, accurately manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions, and maintain a pristine front desk area.
• Support the Shop Help maintain overall shop cleanliness and organization, ensuring every client’s visit is memorable and seamless.

You're a Perfect Fit If You

• Have Experience 1-2+ years of experience in a salon, spa, high-end retail, or hospitality front desk environment (preferred but not required).
• Are a Scheduling Pro You understand how to manage a busy appointment book and resolve timing conflicts on the fly.
• Are Tech-Savvy Confident using point-of-sale systems and salon management software (experience with platforms like Zenoti, Mindbody, Boulevard, or Millennium is a major plus!).
• Have a Sales Mindset You are goal-oriented and genuinely love sharing product knowledge and selling memberships.
• Multitask with Ease You stay calm, cool, and professional under pressure in a bustling environment.
• Are Reliable & Available Must be 18 or older, comfortable standing for 6-8 hour shifts, and available to work weekends.
