Job summary

Agropur Cooperative is hiring a Dry Packaging Operator II to join our production team in a fast-paced packaging environment. You will place bags on pallets, fill, seal, and label totes, and support automated systems while upholding strict safety and quality standards.

You will follow SOPs, maintain cleanliness, and assist colleagues to ensure smooth packaging operations. A HS diploma and at least 1 year of related experience are preferred, with opportunities for growth and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum one year of related experience.
• Ability to read and follow procedures (GLP, SOP, SDS, GMP, HACCP).

Responsibilities

• Place bags/totes on pallets and ensure proper labeling.
• Fill and seal bags/totes; sustain automated packaging systems.
• Clean and sanitize all packaging department areas, equipment, and walls.
• Assist coworkers and adhere to quality system requirements.
• Follow SOPs and Master Sanitation Schedules; report food safety issues.
• Understand product flows and HACCP/Food Safety Plans; operate CCRP if required.
• Maintain safety by stopping unsafe acts and following safety rules.
