Job summary

Chemours is seeking a Highland Ops Supervisor to join our Florida team at the Highland Dry Mill Site. The role reports to the Florida Dry Separations Manager and leads plant operations, maintenance coordination, and safety initiatives in a 24/7 mineral processing environment.

The supervisor will manage production, ensure quality objectives are met, and close SAP accounting month-end for Florida and Georgia operations. Strong leadership and data analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must lead safety-focused operations and drive continuous improvement.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and designs.
• Experience supervising plant operations and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Highland dry mineral production activities 24/7.
• Manage production plans, assignments, attendance and coverage.
• Ensure procedures are followed and drive safety, quality and efficiency.
