Qualifications

• Minimum of four years’ experience in laboratory operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Safety-conscious with mine safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of Separation and Control Labs.
• Supervise technicians and schedule tasks.
• Monitor calibration and maintenance of lab equipment.
• Ensure timely turnaround of quality analysis results.
• Coordinate and monitor lab analysis for routine and non-routine samples.
