The role reports to the Florida Dry Separations Manager and involves managing personnel, equipment, and procedures to meet quality and volume targets.

The successful candidate will have a High School diploma, strong leadership, and a track record of safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) and ability to read and write the English language.
• Requires people management skills including the ability to motivate and train.
• Capable of reading and interpreting various plans and designs.

Responsibilities

• Act as a safety leader to ensure safety remains top priority and identify opportunities to improve safety performance.
• Supervise all Plant Operations personnel and build a team spirit aligned with company values.
• Review daily production plan and manage work assignments, attendance, and schedule coverage.
• Monitor daily plant performance and communicate impacts of performance issues.
• Provide coaching and development to improve supervisor skills and performance.
