Dry Goods USA is seeking a Store Manager in Minnesota to drive retail growth by motivating associates, elevating customer engagement, and presenting an inspiring, fashionable store environment.

• Motivate store employees to deliver outstanding customer service — train, coach and lead by example
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and keyholder
• Coordinate the interview process: screenings, interviews, and references
• Maintain appropriate staffing and forecast future staffing needs
• Assess associate performance to improve service quality and increase sales; provide feedback
• Develop associates' skills to meet store goals through ongoing training
• Complete payroll and time clock maintenance
• Administer employee benefit enrollment and usage
• Implement merchandising plans and monitor store visuals and cleanliness
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and business needs
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts

Job description

As a Store Manager, you drive retail growth through motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style. You support the Dry Goods brand by directing activities required to achieve all store goals, elevating associate and customer engagement, and presenting an inspiring, fashionable store environment.

What You’ll Do

• Develop associate’s skills to meet store goals - conduct ongoing training for new and existing employees
• Complete payroll and time clock maintenance

The expected base wage for this Minnesota based position is $55,000 - $65,000/annually. Successful candidates’ wages will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position.
