Dry Goods USA in Columbia, SC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager by motivating associates, sharing product knowledge, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help create a personal style for customers and maintain a clean, exciting selling floor.

You will train and coach staff, develop relationships to grow the business, meet sales goals, and rotate day/evening/weekend shifts.
