Job summary

Dry Goods USA is seeking a Store Manager to drive retail growth by motivating associates to help customers create personal style. You will direct activities to achieve store goals, elevate engagement, and maintain an inspiring fashion-forward environment in Minnesota.

The role includes interviewing, staffing, payroll, benefits administration, merchandising oversight, problem solving, and a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts. Compensation aligns with Minnesota market ranges.

• Motivate store employees to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach and lead by example
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and keyholder
• Coordinate the interview process: conduct screenings, interviews, and references
• Maintain appropriate staffing - forecast future staffing needs
• Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service and increase sales – provide feedback and performance evaluations
• Develop associate’s skills to meet store goals - conduct ongoing training for new and existing employees
• Complete payroll and time clock maintenance
• Administer employee benefit enrollment and usage
• Implement merchandising plans and monitor store's visual appearance and cleanliness
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and business needs
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts

Job description

The expected base wage for this Minnesota based position is $55,000 - $65,000/annually. Successful candidates’ wages will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position.
