Dry Goods, Inc. is seeking a Keyholder to support store management with daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service in Illinois.

You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and maintain an organized, inviting store atmosphere to drive sales and strengthen relationships with shoppers. The role includes assisting with training, opening/closing the store, and ensuring shifts cover day, evening, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales in a retail environment.
• Ability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Strong product knowledge and relationship-building skills.

• Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer.
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals.
• Develop relationships to grow your business.

• Unpack and display stock.
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean store.
• Assist with new hire training.
• Open and close the store for business.
