Dry Goods, Inc. is seeking a Store Keyholder to support the management team with daily store operations and customer-focused service. You will share product knowledge and help present a clean, exciting shopping environment to guests.

Responsibilities include welcoming customers, achieving sales goals, displaying merchandise, training new hires, and opening/closing the store. Must be available for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work flexible day/evening/weekend shifts.

Responsabilités

• Own the customer experience by greeting customers and being courteous.
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and hit sales goals.
• Develop relationships to grow the business.
• Highlight product knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
• Unpack and display stock and keep the store tidy.
• Assist with new hire training and store opening/closing.
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
