ADM Nutrition in Erlanger, KY is hiring a Production Operator (Dry Blends) to safely run blending operations on 2nd and/or 3rd shift. The role involves ensuring ingredients are present, operating blenders per SOPs, and documenting lot traceability in SAP/CMS/MWS systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Regular and timely attendance is essential.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Ability to read, write and communicate clearly.
• Experience driving a forklift in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Commit to ADM’s goal of achieving a zero injury culture; follow safety procedures.
• Retrieve set-up pallet and deliver to batching rooms.
• Ensure all ingredients are present and in correct quantities.
• Operate blenders per SOPs or management guidance.
• Responsible for ancillary equipment (sieves, batching systems).
• Set up and breakdown equipment and make adjustments.
• Use SAP, CMS, and MWS transactions for blending.
• Document all work to ensure lot traceability and HACCP checks.
• Work in compliance with GMP, OSHA, and food safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
