Job summary

ADM Nutrition in Erlanger, KY is seeking a Production Operator for the Dry Blends area on the 2nd shift. The role safely performs essential production functions, ensuring correct ingredients, and operating blenders in a GMP environment.

This full-time, hourly position requires lifting up to 50 pounds, strong communication, and the ability to work overtime as needed. Training on SAP CMS MWS and HACCP checks is involved, with emphasis on lot traceability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Regular and timely attendance.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends, as needed.
• Independent work style with ability to collaborate in a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures to maintain a zero-injury culture.
• Retrieve setup pallets and deliver to batching rooms.
• Ensure ingredients are present and in correct quantities.
• Operate blenders per SOPs and management guidance.
• Maintain ancillary equipment and perform adjustments as needed.
• Set up and break down equipment; document all work for traceability.
• Use SAP, CMS, and MWS transactions for blending.
• Comply with GMP, OSHA, food safety and internal safety guidelines.
