Job summary

Newly Weds Foods in Gerald, MO is seeking a Blender Operator to operate and maintain the blender to process raw ingredients and create dry blends. This is a full-time, third-shift position reporting to the Production Supervisor and collaborating with the team to ensure safe, efficient production of high-quality blends.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience with food processing equipment, strong mechanical skills, and the stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on their feet.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of experience operating food processing equipment, preferably a blender.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate the blender machine in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure blend consistency.
• Ensure ingredients are measured and weighed before loading into the blender.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
• Perform regular quality checks on blends to meet standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions in a timely manner.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed.
