Adecco US, Inc. is hiring a Dry Blending Operator for the 1st shift in Racine, WI. The role supports the Dry Blending Lead Operator to ensure high-quality dry blended products meet FDA FSMA and GFSI standards.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. The position offers a four-day workweek and a starting pay of $21.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and career advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No experience required; training provided.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Obtain daily picking sheets from the department supervisor.
• Stage the correct ingredients and scan orders into the computer system.
• Ensure ingredients are added in the proper sequence and complete the 30-minute blending process.
• Monitor metal detectors and processing equipment for proper operation.
• Verify bags are filled to the correct weight, labeled and sealed.
• Complete production and quality documentation.
• Scan finished products into inventory.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.
