Job summary

BioForward, Inc. seeks a Blending Operator I in Franksville, WI to perform routine production tasks in the Dry Blending department using SOPs for food grade bacteria culture production.

You will handle blending and packaging, load/unload freeze dryers, weigh ingredients, clean rooms, operate the metal detector, maintain logs, and support GMP-compliant operations while adhering to safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge and experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), preferred.

Responsibilities

• Blending and packaging operations.
• Loading and unloading freeze dryers.
• Weighing ingredients, bulks and excipients.
• Cleaning rooms and equipment so they are suitable for production.
• Assemble/disassemble mill.
• Operation of the metal detector.
• Perform all master sanitation tasks associated with the department.
• Properly fill out room logs.
• Make corrections on documentation, adhering to GDP.
• Follows operating discipline policies, principles, procedures, standards, and practices to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of assigned areas.
