Job summary

QPS Employment Group is seeking a Dry Blending Operator in Racine, WI. This is a first shift role (6:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Thursday) with an opportunity for hire. The position pays $21.00 per hour and requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

You will stage ingredients, monitor the blend process, and ensure accurate labeling and documentation. Responsibilities include scanning orders, operating equipment, and maintaining quality checks throughout the blending and packaging process.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word.

• Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Obtain picking sheets for the day from the department supervisor.
• Stage the proper ingredients and scan the order into the computer system.
• Ensure ingredients are dumped in proper order, and that the 30-minute blend occurs.
• Monitor metal detector and all processing equipment for proper operation.
• Ensure the bags are packed to the proper weight and are labeled and sealed properly.
• Complete required documentation.
• Scan the finished product into inventory.
