Synergy Flavors, part of the Carbery Group, is seeking a Dry Blend Compounder for the 2nd shift in Illinois. The role involves compounding in a production facility, weighing ingredients, and ensuring batch quality and safety.

Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, taking samples for lab testing, and following GMPs. Requires ability to lift 50 lbs, PPE use, and basic math skills. Shift runs 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED Preferred.
• Must follow safety requirements and wear PPE including steel-toed shoes, safety goggles and a mask as necessary.
• Ability to read scales, perform basic mathematics and use RF scanners preferred.

Responsabilités

• Follow standard batching instructions to measure or weigh ingredients.
• Lift heavy drums and bags while wearing PPE.
• Transfer materials and set up equipment efficiently.
• Monitor temperatures and consistency of mixes.
• Sample and test batch attributes and document results.
• Adhere to CIP and cleaning guidelines.
• Complete batch sheets and paperwork accurately.
• Work safely and follow company policies.
• Work overtime when necessary.
