Qualifications

• Must follow GMPs & Allergens safety requirements.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and wear PPE; basic mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard batching instructions to measure or weigh ingredients.
• Lift heavy drums and bags while wearing PPE.
• Transfer materials, set up equipment, and use piping and parts efficiently.
• Monitor temperatures and consistency of mixes.
• Sample and test batches and complete batch sheets.
• Follow CIP and cleaning procedures and document work.
