Job summary

The High School Drumline Assistant at Applitrack leads, teaches, and develops the high school band's percussion section during the winter season, coordinating with the Band Director to shape the ensemble.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in Music Education or related field preferred.
• Background in marching percussion, including drumline performance and instruction.
• Strong foundation in percussion techniques, music theory, and ensemble coordination.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Availability for all scheduled rehearsals and performances.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift/transport percussion equipment.
