Job summary

St. John Paul II Catholic High School is seeking a part-time drumline group manager to assist the musical instructor in running the school's drumline.

The role includes leading rehearsals, coordinating travel to games, and communicating schedules to students and families. The candidate should have experience in music or percussion and be able to support the program as it travels to athletic contests and community events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience in music/drumline or instruction.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and internet use.

Responsibilities

• Directs and evaluates the learning experience of students in curricular and extracurricular activities.
• Coordinates travel and attends most rehearsals with the instructor.
• Travels with the group as staff representative to games and performances.
• Coordinates with athletic director for TAPPS paperwork and competitions.
• Sends weekly communications to students and families with schedules.
