Job summary

Webb County in Texas seeks a Drug Testing Technician/Case Manager for the Drug Court Veterans Treatment Program. This role requires accuracy, discretion, strong written and spoken English; Spanish speaking ability helpful; a high school diploma and at least one year in related fields; travel to branch

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Drug Court programs, procedures, and operations.
• Ability to maintain confidential records and exercise discretion.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data-entry in electronic systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish proficiency helpful.
• High school diploma or GED required; 1+ year in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe specimen collection and administer drug tests as required.
• Maintain chain-of-custody documentation and test records.
• Enter drug testing results into Sentry and DCCM systems accurately.
• Coordinate participant services and communicate results to the Drug Court team.
• Prepare drug testing reports and manage testing schedules.
• Travel to branch offices and designated sites to perform duties.
• Testify in court regarding collection and chain-of-custody procedures when required.
• Perform front desk and clerical duties as assigned.
