Qualifications

• Knowledge of county and departmental policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Drug Court programs, procedures, and operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• English and Spanish language proficiency (oral).

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake interviews and collect substance use, treatment, and demographic information.
• Complete GPRA assessments at intake, follow-up, and discharge.
• Create and maintain drug testing profiles and schedules.
• Prepare reports identifying factors affecting participant behavior and refer to services.
• Document testing results, compliance, and program meetings in DCCM.
• Coordinate referrals for outpatient/inpatient treatment and assist with placements.
• Collaborate with treatment counselors and Drug Court staff on participant activities and concerns.
• Maintain records and support Drug Court trainings, hearings, and staffing.
