Qualifications

• North Carolina residency and reliable transportation required.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and highly organized.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding front-line customer service to applicants and clients.
• Administer and manage drug screening processes in accordance with industry regulations.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive data and ensure compliance with safety and privacy standards.
• Manage call communications using Aircall, scheduling, and tracking applicants through internal systems.
• Travel occasionally within North Carolina (mileage reimbursed).
