Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in background investigations or fingerprinting preferred.
• Must be able to obtain certification for DOT/Non-DOT Drug Collections.
• North Carolina residency and reliable transportation required.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding front-line customer service to applicants and clients.
• Administer and manage drug screening processes in accordance with industry regulations.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive data.
• Manage call communications using Aircall and track applicants through internal systems.
• Travel occasionally within North Carolina.
