Job summary

WorkCare Inc. in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a Drug Screening Collector to support a large-scale construction site. You will collect drug and alcohol samples following site procedures and HIPAA guidelines.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:30pm. Must be able to meet DOT standards, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CNA preferred.
• Ability to collect oral fluid, urine, and breath alcohol samples.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and privacy requirements.

Job Summary

The Drug Screening Collector supports medical and safety efforts at a large scale construction site located in Boise, ID. This position will be responsible for collecting drug and alcohol testing samples while following established site procedures and all applicable HIPAA laws, regulations, and guidelines.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:00am - 1:30pm.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oral fluid, urine drug and breath alcohol collection.


• Trained to DOT standards for drug and alcohol testing.


• Perform additional duties and assume additional responsibilities as identified by manager for the efficient operation of WorkCare.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) OR


• One to three years’ related experience and/or training OR


• Equivalent combination of education and experience


• CNA preferred

Physical Demands

• Requires sitting for long periods of time, working at a desk.


• Some bending and stretching could be required.


• Working under stress and use of computer/phone required.


• Manual dexterity required for use of computer keyboard.


• Occasionally may be required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel and/or crouch.


• Ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds and climb stairs.


• Ability to kneel for extended periods of time while rendering emergency care and/or CPR.

Work Environment

• Mainly indoor, office environment conditions.


• The noise level is usually moderate.


• Air quality is good and temperature is controlled.

This position has an hourly pay range of $24 - $26 per hour. Final compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications.
