Sanofi Swiftwater site is seeking a DP Business Support Manager to lead operation support for Drug Product operations, shaping business processes, budgeting, and headcount aligned with production needs.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, and Master Data teams, analyze data with digital tools, and drive efficiency within FFIP across Formulation, Filling, Inspection, and Packaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing operations experience.
• Hands-on SAP Master Data Management experience managing BOMs/recipes.

Responsibilities

• Leads operation support for Drug Product Operations, driving productivity and financial value.
• Manages one or more production support processes (Budget, Resource, Performance, Master Data) in cGMP/HSE.
• Contributes to business ops strategy, timelines and decision making.
• Collaborates with Supply Chain, Operational Excellence, Finance, and Master Data teams.
