Job summary

Sanofi seeks a Head of Business Operations to drive strategic execution across Formulation, Filling, Inspection, and Packaging at the Swiftwater site. You will optimize performance, manage headcount, and serve as the primary interface between factory operations and stakeholders, including Finance and HR.

The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing ops, strong SAP/MDG and BI skills, and a track record in cross-functional leadership within pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field; vaccine manufacturing experience preferred.
• Master's Degree highly preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing or business operations, preferably in pharma or vaccines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain programs to ensure execution to schedule for FFIP operations.
• Assess performance against targets and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Communicate KPIs and insights to stakeholders and factory leadership.
• Define internal interfaces for process hand-offs, ownership, and inventory management.
• Lead headcount strategy, including RHC, TPW, and flexible staffing aligned with budget.
