Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a DP Business Support Manager to drive business operations across the Drug Product operations at the Swiftwater site. You will lead the operating units' business processes, ensure compliance with cGMP and HSE, and optimize planning, budgeting, and resource management through data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage master data, and utilize Tableau/Power BI to visualize performance. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing operations.
• Hands-on SAP Master Data Management experience, managing BOMs or recipes/process orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead operation support for Drug Product Operations to drive productivity and financial value.
• Own one or more production support processes (Budget Management, Resource Management, Business Performance, BOM/Recipe Master Data Management) in compliance with cGMP and HSE.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operational Excellence, Finance, Smart Factory, and Drug Substance Operations.
• Analyze complex data sets, share results and implementation plans via presentations and reports.

**Job Title**: DP Business Support Manager**Location:** Swiftwater, PA**About the Job** As DP Business Support Manager within our Business Operations & Systems team, you’ll help us drive the business aspects of our manufacturing operations as they relate to all production resources use, and optimization by providing strategic execution for business operations across the Drug Product operations of Formulation, Filling, Inspection, and Packaging (FFIP) at the Swiftwater manufacturing site.
