Responsibilities

• Communicate department information to associates and promote teamwork to achieve store goals.
• Develop scheduling to manage customer volume during hours of operation.
• Develop associates and participate in performance appraisals; set department goals.
• Adhere to all laws and company guidelines.
• Develop and implement a department business plan to achieve results and control expenses.
• Maintain awareness of inventory and stock conditions; note discrepancies.
• Schedule price changes and update shelf tags and signs.
• Train associates on inventory/stocking and CAO; supervise the inventory process.
• Notify management of accidents, safety risks, or illegal activity.
• Perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
