Responsibilities

• Recommend items to ensure customers get what they want and need.
• Review expiration dates and take action as needed.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise.
• Report ordering/shipping discrepancies to the department manager.
• Maintain a positive attitude and stay current with ads and promotions.
• Support safety programs and report unsafe conditions to management.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs to the appropriate manager.
• Notify management of accidents or safety risks, theft or fraud.
