Introduction:The Drug-Free Communities Program Coordinator has the primary responsibility to implement the Centers for Disease Control Drug-Free Communities Grant Program in the Town of Hudson in collaboration with the Hudson Health Department, the Hudson Youth Substance Awareness and Prevention Coalition (Hudson YSAP), and community stakeholders. The goal of the DFC program is to reduce youth substance use through community-level prevention strategies and cross-sector collaboration. Supervision Structure: Hudson’s Director of Public and Community Health and the Hudson YSAP Leadership Team.

Physical Requirements:Minimal physical effort is required to perform duties under typical indoor environment.
