Job summary

Webb County is seeking a Drug Court Case Manager to provide case management services to Drug Court participants and to serve as the primary liaison among attorneys, the court, the probation office, and treatment providers.

The position adheres to Drug Court SOPs and NADCP Ten Key Components, conducts intake interviews with referred individuals, completes GPRA assessments, and maintains drug testing profiles and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree fields listed above.
• Two years of work experience in addiction services, treatment, monitoring, or in public administration, court administration, criminal justice, or health administration preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and strong written/verbal communication in English; Spanish communication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services for Drug Court participants and act as liaison among attorneys, the court, probation, and treatment providers.
• Conduct intake interviews and GPRA assessments at intake, follow-up, and discharge as applicable.
• Create and maintain drug testing profiles and schedules; update DCCM entries.
• Investigate factors affecting participant behavior and identify referrals to social/health services.
• Coordinate referrals to outpatient/inpatient treatment and document activities in the DCCM; support Drug Court teamwork and trainings.
