In this role, the Drug and Alcohol Clinical Supervisor will have the responsibility of the day-to-day functioning of the Drug and Alcohol program. Duties include supervising program staff and ensuring that services are provided that promote client recovery.

Responsibilities:

1. Effectively implement program goals regarding service delivery.
2. Conduct regular program staff meetings to meet administrative needs of the program.
3. Maintain an effective work schedule to provide full program coverage and productivity.
4. Maintain program compliance with all applicable licensing standards, contractual requirements and all agency policies.
5. Maintain documentation of program compliance with Performance Improvement indicators, census and other utilization data.
6. Conduct continual evaluation of program and develop strategies to implement performance improvement activities as indicated.
7. Ensure program service delivery and program operating costs are within budgeted parameters.
8. Verify the accuracy of all payroll and billing documentation prior to submission.
9. Provide direct supervision to program staff, individually and group-based, on a regular basis.
10. Maintain 24-hour availability to program staff and management for emergency consultation.
11. Provide direct service to clients as needed.

Requirements:

1. Master’s degree or higher in a Clinical Behavioral Health discipline.
2. Two years of post-degree employment experience in drug and alcohol dependency.
3. One year of increasing supervisory responsibility.
